The Christmas pack
The Icelandic Christmas Coloring Pack is delivered as an instant PDF on Whop. If that file is not available after payment, email hello@revenue-swarm.com and we will refund the payment in full.
Printable packs for venues
Little Iceland and the Guest Adventure Pack are personalized digital files. If we do not email the agreed PDFs, email hello@revenue-swarm.com and we will refund the Whop payment in full.
If you approved a preview and then received those files, the sale is complete. Where a local law gives you a cancellation right we cannot limit, that law still applies.
The app
There is nothing to buy on this website for the app. When App Store or Google Play purchases exist, refunds for those go through Apple or Google.
How to ask
Write from the email you used at checkout. Include the Whop receipt and the business name on the order. We reply to hello@revenue-swarm.com.
